Requesting a TranscriptStudents who attended Fordham University School from 2009 and afterwards may request a transcript on line using My.Fordham.edu (Online Access to the Student Information System). To login, please use your access IT ID and password.If you have questions regarding My.Fordham.edu (Banner), please contact 877 366 HELP. You may also write a letter to the Registrar's Office, Fordham University School of Law, 33 West 60th St., 9th Floor, New York, NY 10023. Include your name, social security number, dates of attendance, number of copies, and name and address of where the transcript should be mailed. Complete a transcript form and submit to the Registrar's Office. Transcript requests are not accepted by email or telephone. Transcripts cannot be released if you have a financial obligation to the university or an immunization hold. |
