Advanced Contracts
We will look at third party beneficiary law as well as assignment and delegation, topics that often had to be eliminated from the basic Contracts course when the credit allocation was changed from 6 to 5. We will look also at U.C.C. Article 2A, Leases of Goods. We will work on drafting issues related to these topics. We will work on additional drafting issues that will further develop drafting skills. There will be a final exam. The final grade will be based upon the exam and drafting assignments completed during the semester.Credits: 2
