Introduction to ArbitrationThis course offers an introduction to arbitration in the United States from both a theoretical and practical point of view. It will examine the statutory underpinnings and the case law that govern arbitration, while at the same time addressing practical considerations in conducting arbitrations as an arbitrator and as an advocate.
