Advanced Trial Advocacy
Students learn advanced techniques (in comparison with the introduction in Trial Advocacy) in direct and cross-examination, argument to the Court and jury, submission of effective trial memoranda, and other skills of the litigator. The emphasis is on student performance in class by the student-advocate's handling of relatively complex evidentiary and tactical problems during trial.Credits: 3
