Federal Courts
A study of selected problems arising in connection with the limited subject matter jurisdiction of the federal courts; for example, case or controversy requirements, separation of powers problems, congressional controls over federal courts, federal questions, federal common law and implied rights of action, appellate review powers, federal remedies against officials and municipalities, sovereign immunity, and relationships between federal and state courts.Credits: 3
