Environmental Law
This course covers the basic legislative elements of, and relevant judicial decisions under, the Federal Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, Superfund, ECRA, and RECRA, together with some aspects of the Atomic Energy Act. As part of the final grade, the class participates in preparing briefs and oral arguments as proponents and opponents involving timely environmental issues. A third of the class acts as judges who render written opinions on such issues.Credits: 2
