Admiralty and International Maritime Law
Application of tort and contract principles to the maritime field with a consideration of traditional maritime subjects: liens, collision, salvage, cargo damage, charter parties, general average, limitation of liability and ship mortgages. Briefer coverage is given to admirality jurisdiction and procedure, federal regulation of shipping, international maritime conventions and choice of law problems.Credits: 3
