TRANSFERRING BETWEEN DIVISIONS Transferring to the day division after first year evening: Tuition. Fordham students enrolled in summer courses at Fordham to transfer from the part-time to the full-time program prior to second year shall pay residency tuition equal to the difference between the full-time program and the part time program tuition for the academic year ending the June prior to attendance at the summer school in which they earn residence credit. This residency fee will be charged in lieu of summer tuition or externship administrative fees. In order to meet residency requirements, students participating in either the summer Ireland or Korea programs, you will be required to: Ireland Program: In addition to registering for 4 credits in the regular program, must register for one of the program’s extension courses. If you do not plan to registrar for the extension course, you will be required to enroll in another ABA-approved summer program (that does not conflict with this program) subject to the Registrar’s approval. Korea Program: In addition to registering for 4 credits in the regular program, must participate in the program’s credit-bearing internship component. If you do not plan to registrar for the internship, you will be required to enroll in another ABA-approved summer program (that does not conflict with this program) subject to the Registrar’s approval. Ghana Program: You will be required to enroll in another ABA-approved summer program (that does not conflict with this program) subject to the Registrar’s approval.
