Funding Your Public Interest Work

Your pursuit of meaningful and rewarding public service work is financially viable.

There is funding available for Fordham Law students who will intern/extern with public service employers during the summer and academic year.

Post-graduate fellowships  and government honors programs are great ways to begin a career in public service.  There are also entry level and mid-career positions with public service employers.

Fordham Law graduates of the Class of 2009 onward have the unprecedented ability to take advantage of important resources to enable them to pursue careers in public service work, regardless of educational debt.  The Law School encourages students to learn about loan forgiveness for public interest work.
