Welcome to the Law School’s resources for mindfulness, awareness, and self-care.

Student Affairs offers weekly mindfulness and yoga classes free of charge to students, faculty, administrators and staff. These classes provide the Law School community with an opportunity to relax and release some of the tension that is a natural part of studying and working at a law school. Classes are conducted by Adele Loux-Turner, a certified Integral Hatha Yoga teacher. If you are interested in attending one of these sessions, please RSVP to studentaffairs@law.fordham.edu.
