Assembling to March for the Diploma Ceremony

Students should consider the following:

(1) Guests are not allowed in the assembly area and will use a different entrance into Radio City Music Hall (50th and 51st Street).  Doors for guests will open at 10:00 a.m.;

(2) Students should have breakfast before arriving at Radio City Music Hall;

(3) Do not bring any personal belongings (i.e. handbags, briefcases or coats), because there is no coat check or security available.  You should have one of your guests hold your personal belongings for you;

(4) The facility and the gowns can be quite warm, so dress appropriately;

(5) There will be no extra caps and gowns available at Radio City Music Hall.
