If you are coming by subway, take the B, D, or F train to Rockefeller Center/50th Street.
If you are coming by bus, take the M5, M6, M7, or M27/50 bus to Rockefeller Center/50th Street.
Assembling to March for the Diploma CeremonyOn Sunday, May 19, 2013, students must arrive with their caps and gowns in hand at Radio City Music Hall by 9:30 a.m. sharp. Students will use the entrance on 50th Street and 6th Avenue. Law School representatives will be there to direct students to their proper place in line.
Students should consider the following:
(1) Guests are not allowed in the assembly area and will use a different entrance into Radio City Music Hall (50th and 51st Street). Doors for guests will open at 10:00 a.m.;
(2) Students should have breakfast before arriving at Radio City Music Hall;
(3) Do not bring any personal belongings (i.e. handbags, briefcases or coats), because there is no coat check or security available. You should have one of your guests hold your personal belongings for you;
(4) The facility and the gowns can be quite warm, so dress appropriately;
(5) There will be no extra caps and gowns available at Radio City Music Hall.
Seating for your GuestsDoors for guests to enter Radio City Music Hall will open at 10:00 a.m. The Graduation Procession of graduates will begin prompty at 10:30 a.m. All guests must possess a ticket for entrance into Radio City Music Hall. Guests should be in their seats by 10:30 a.m. The aisles must be clear to allow the graduates to process into the auditorium.
Commencement AddressThe Diploma Ceremony speaker will be announced shortly.
Post-Graduation ReceptionA post-graduation reception will be held at Robert Moses Plaza immediately following the Diploma Ceremony. Robert Moses Plaza is located at Fordham University’s Lincoln Center campus.
PhotographyArrangements have been made with a professional photographer to take photos of each graduate as they receive their diploma. The company will contact you several weeks after graduation regarding your photograph and its purchase.
Please advise your guests that (1) an official photographer will photograph each graduate; (2) to be considerate of others taking photographs, and (3) they are not to go on stage or interfere with the photographer.
