Fordham IPLJ Launches News Blog

January 18, 2008

The Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal (IPLJ) launched a web blog featuring short articles from IPLJ staff members written on topical IP, media, and entertainment law issues.

"It is our hope that through the blog, the IPLJ will add to the ongoing legal discourse surrounding these incredibly important topics, as well as to showcase the academic efforts of our members," said Fordham IPLJ Editor-in-Chief Tara L. Waters.

The blog is a companion to the existing IPLJ website, which highlights articles from the Journal’s current and upcoming issues.

In addition to the new blog, the ILPJ also announced that this year the Journal will feature articles from Head of the Copyright Unit of the European Commission, Dr. Tilman Lüder, and top scholars in the IP community including Professors Mark Lemley, Dan Burk, Michael Madison, and Rob Frieden.

The Fordham IPLJ is one of the leading scholarly journals dedicated to intellectual property, media, and entertainment law publications. It is currently the #1 over-all intellectual property law journal and the #1 most-cited student-run entertainment and sports law journal, according to Washington & Lee University.
