The event was sponsored by the Forum on Law, Culture & Society at Fordham Law and marked the first time since 1993 that a current or former U.S. president made a Fordham appearance.
"In terms of attendance, this Forum event topped both the 2010 Forum Film Festival screening with Supreme Court Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor and Conversation with Alec Baldwin," said Rosenbaum.
"Tickets sold out in under 30 minutes, and Forum fans filled two of Time Warner's auditoriums while nearly 1,000 joined the waitlist for a chance to hear President Clinton."
