Fordham Law Announces Program in Asset Management Practice and RegulationAugust 31, 2011
Fordham Law has launched a certificate program in Asset Management Practice and Regulation, in collaboration with the Regulatory Compliance Association (RCA). This certificate, which is delivered online (with the option of a live component), includes highly specialized courses designed to prepare participants for careers as compliance officers, compliance practitioners, or counsel within the asset management industry.
Sean J. Griffith, the T.J. Maloney Chair in Business Law and Director of the Fordham Corporate Law Center, has been named Director of the Asset Management Practice and Regulation Program.
“We are delighted that Fordham is the first law school in the nation to offer such a program," he said. "We are confident that this program will be a fertile training ground for those seeking careers as compliance officers, compliance practitioners, or counsel within the asset management industry.”
