Popular SEC Panel Event Earns Major Media Coverage

The Fordham Corporate Law Center was proud to host a panel of current and former SEC Chairs on Monday, September 27, 2010 at Fordham Law. The panel presentation, titled "Charting the Future of the SEC: Protecting Investors for the Next 75 Years," featured current SEC Chair Mary Schapiro, former SEC Chairs Richard Breeden and Harvey Pitt, and was moderated by Richard Walker. The panelists spoke to a standing-room crowd in McNally Amphitheatre. They explored topics such as the history of the SEC, the challenges posed by the Dodd-Frank bill, and the importance of the Commission in today's challenging economy.
