DA to seek indictment of Jackson doctor

Local New York ABC affiliate Channel 7 quoted Fordham Law’s James Cohen in its January 8, 2010, coverage of the involvement of Michael Jackson's doctor, Conrad Murray, in the pop star's death. Cohen, an Associate Professor, said, “What they're going to look for in this case in particular is a serious deviation from the normal standard of care that a physician is supposed to provide to a patient."
