“The team members presented an intricate analysis in an accessible and engaging manner—a skill that is essential in every lawyer’s work,” said Professor Maria L. Marcus, advisor to Fordham's inter- school moot court program.

The team was coached by Rachel Brook ’10. Second place Petitioner’s Brief went to Southern Methodist University; UC Hastings took 3rd. Fordham’s victory follows closely on the heels of winning Best Petitioner Brief in another area of law at the San Diego National Criminal Procedure Tournament.
