2009 Kaufman CompetitionThe Fordham Moot Court Board hosted the Thirty-Fourth Annual Irving R. Kaufman Memorial Moot Court Competition on April 3-5, 2009. We would like to thank all of the teams that participated, as well as the many supportive alumni and practitioners that judged oral argument rounds and graded briefs. The 2009 final round panel featured Judge Paul J. Kelly, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit; Judge Boyce F. Martin, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; and Judge Melvin L. Schweitzer, of the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division. 2009 Irving R.
