The Delivery of Legal Services to Low-Income Persons: Professional and Ethical Issues

December 4-6 1998

Approximately 100 invited participants from around the country drafted and approved 50 pages of recommendations* concerning lawyers' professional obligations in serving individuals with limited financial means in all civil contexts and settings.

The recommendations*, a foreword* written by Prof. Bruce Green, together with summaries of the discussions, 26 articles prepared in connection with the Conference, and a bibliography of related writings, were published in 67 Fordham L. Rev. No. 5.
