The first ethics volume published at 62 Fordham Law Review No. 5, includes the proceedings of and articles written in connection with the Center's Conference "Ethical Issues in Representing Older Clients".

The writings in this volume examine how the rules of professional conduct guide or fail to guide attorneys who encounter ethical dilemmas in the course of representating elderly clients.

The volume includes 8 articles, a foreword* written by Prof. Bruce Green, recommendations* drafted by the conference participants, summaries of seven group discussions, and responses to the conference.
