Fellowship and Post-Graduate Opportunities

The Dean Acheson Legal Stage Program at the Court of Justice of the European Communities

Current 3L Fordham Law students and recent graduates may apply to spend three months in Luxembourg at the Court of Justice through the prestigious Dean Acheson Legal Stage Program.  Information on the program may be found here.  Applications (once available) may be requested through the Study Abroad office at   Please note that no funding is associated with this program.

Teaching Fellowship in Israel

Fordham Law School established this program for recent Fordham Law graduates.  This fellowship offers the opportunity to spend a semester teaching at the College of Management Law School in Israel.

The College of Management is located in Rishon Lezion, near Tel Aviv, and is one of the top private law schools in Israel.  Fordham Law School has been designated to name one fellow to teach a course, in English, at the College of Management.  Fellows are free to propose a course of their choosing. For example, a recent fellow taught a course in “Doing Business in the United States,” which was very well-received by the Israeli students.

The fellowship carries a stipend of $10,000.  Teaching obligations typically require only one or two days per week, allowing the fellow to seek employment in Israel to supplement the stipend.
