Center on Law and Information Policy
The Center on Law and Information Policy (CLIP) was founded at Fordham Law to make significant contributions to the development of law and policy for the information economy and to teach the next generation of leaders. CLIP brings together scholars, the bar, the business community, technology experts, the policy community, students, and the public to address and assess policies and solutions for cutting-edge issues that affect the evolution of the information economy.
Fashion Law Institute
The Fashion Law Institute, the world’s first fashion law center, will provide legal services for design students and designers, train the fashion lawyers and designers of the future, and offer information and assistance on issues facing the fashion industry.
The IP Institute fosters awareness of and encourages interest in cutting-edge issues in U.S., European, and Asian IP law as well as in multinational treaties and intergovernmental organizations. It brings visiting scholars and judges to Fordham Law and sponsors lectures, roundtables, and conferences, including the annual Intellectual Property Law and Policy Conference, now in its 18th year.
