Founder and faculty director Professor Russell G. Pearce is widely credited as a leading animator of what is now known as "religious lawyering." He teaches courses on professional responsibility, ethics in public interest law and housing rights. He has written widely on the intersection of religion and legal ethics with a particular focus on his own Jewish tradition. He curates the Jews & Justice lecture series.
