1997 Annual Interfaith Conference: The Relevance of Religion to a Lawyer's Work


In June 1997, under the leadership of Professor Russell Pearce, Fordham held a first-of-its kind national interfaith conference, The Relevance of Religion to a Lawyer's Work, which brought together lawyers, judges, academics, religious leaders and theologians, and developed agendas for further scholarship, teaching, bar programs and congregational activities.
