The Fordham Law Review has no minimum or maximum page requirements for submissions. We welcome submissions of various formats, including essays and articles, but do not currently publish book reviews. Citations should conform to the 18th edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Please note that, as a general rule, we do not accept submissions from students currently pursuing a J.D. degree.

The Senior Articles Editors review all submissions. Due to the large volume of submissions, however, we are unable to respond personally to each submission.

EXPEDITED REVIEWS

We require at least 48 hours to process expedite requests and strongly prefer to receive expedite requests via ExpressO. It is not necessary to send an e-mail advising us that you have requested an expedited review via ExpressO. If you submitted a hard copy by regular mail and require an expedited review, please contact the Senior Articles Editors by email at sae@law.fordham.edu. Please include your name and "Expedite Request" in the subject line.

WITHDRAWALS

We also strongly prefer to receive withdrawal notifications via ExpressO. It is not necessary to send us an e-mail in addition to the ExpressO withdrawal.
