Our Mission
The Journal's purpose is to publish scholarly articles of relevance to the business and legal community, and to provide a journal for students and professionals to publish on current issues in finance, securities and tax law. This goal is met primarily through the Journal's publication of Articles, Notes, Comment/Case Notes, Book Reviews, Essays, Symposia and Conference Proceedings. The Journal also produces at least one symposium per year on topics within the scope of its mission.
