BARRY E. HAWK, a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, received an A.B. from Fordham University and an LL.B. from the University of Virginia. 

He is Director of the Fordham Corporate Law Institute, editor of the annual FCLI volumes on International Antitrust, co-author of Merger Control in the EC, and author of various articles and books on international antitrust law. 

He is former Vice-Chair of the ABA Antitrust Section and former Chair of the New York State Bar Association Antitrust Section, as well as professor at Fordham Law School and visiting professor at Michigan Law School, Monash University Law School, New York University Law School and the University of Paris.



ANDREAS P. REINDL, is the Executive Director of FCLI and teaches European competition law as well as an antitrust & intellectual property course at Fordham Law School. Mr. Reindl was a principal administrator at the OECD’s Competition Division. Prior to joining the OECD, he practiced antitrust law with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

Mr. Reindl has a doctorate from Vienna University School of Law and an LL.M. from Michigan Law School, and was a resident scholar at the Max-Planck-Institute for Foreign and International Patent, Copyright and Competition Law (Munich). He has published widely on antitrust law and intellectual property law.



ALICE WONG, is the Associate Director of FCLI and Associate Director of International Conferences for Fordham Law School, where she collaborates on financial administration, programming, and CLE curriculum.

Ms. Wong received her B.A. in International Business, Computer Science from Maryville College and G.C. in Communications from New York University. She is currently an executive member of OneBrick and previously served on the Board of Directors for APEX.
