Welcome!

Financing law school need not be mysterious, difficult, or intimidating. On these pages, links, and in our 2011-2012 Financial Aid Guidebook you should find all the information you need to explore Fordham's financial aid programs, as well as federal, state and private sources of aid.

Fordham's financial aid resources are allocated on the basis of academic merit and demonstrated need.  Fordham awards Merit Scholarships to those prospective students with outstanding academic credentials and LSAT scores. Need-based Grants and Named Scholarships are awarded to the neediest of our students.  Students who wish to be considered for Fordham's Need-based Grants and Named Scholarships must complete the Fordham Financial Aid Application. Because Fordham's resources do not cover every student's need, students also must rely on Federal and Private loan programs, Outside Scholarships and State Programs to cover their Cost of Attendance.
