Mr. Jalil is a corporate and securities partner in the law firm of Thompson Hine LLP, which has offices, in addition to New York, in Atlanta, Brussels, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton and Washington D.C. He specializes in securities, corporate and commercial law. He is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law (1973), where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and received his undergraduate degree from Holy Cross College (1970). Mr. Jalil joined the adjunct faculty at Fordham Law School in 1998 and teaches Securities Regulation.
