Job Experience

Professor Narducci's practice involves the tax aspects of securities offerings, derivatives, mergers and acquisitions and financings, as well as a broad range of other transactions. He has particular expertise in cross-border transactions and, in recent years, in collateralized debt obligations ("CDOs"), collateralized loan obligations ("CLOs"), credit linked notes and other structured finance transactions.

He is actively involved in the development of tax-advantaged financial structures, particularly in the cross-border context. In addition, he has created tax-efficient structures for several investment funds. John advises several financial institutions with respect to their derivatives transactions. He also works on the tax aspects of restructurings, pass-through entities and project financings.

Education

John received his B.S. summa cum laude at Villanova University in 1984 and his J.D. cum laude from Fordham University in 1988. At Fordham, he served as an Associate Editor for the Fordham Law Review and graduated first in his class.
