Philip Pfeffer is an associate in the Products Liability and Litigation Groups of Chadbourne & Parke LLP. Mr. Pfeffer has participated in the defense of numerous individual and class action products liability lawsuits, including United States v. Philip Morris, et al. Additionally, Mr. Pfeffer has led and assisted in the prosecution of numerous civil and criminal appeals in federal and state courts. He is also a member of Chadbourne & Parke LLP's Pro Bono Committee. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Pfeffer was a law clerk in the Staff Attorneys' Office of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
