Andrea Masley is the Principal Court Attorney for Justice Charles Edward Ramos, in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court, New York County. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Masley obtained an M.B.A. in finance in 1987 and her B.A. in Economics in 1984 from Rutgers University. She was the Trade Practice Specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and authored The Better Business Bureau: A Resource for Lenders, Commercial Lending Review. Ms. Masley received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1991. During law school, Ms. Masley contributed to the mortgage and easement sections in 13 and 13A New Jersey Practice: Real Estate Law and was a member of the Fordham International Law Journal. Upon graduation, Ms. Masley was a litigation associate at the firm of Dechert Price & Rhoads. Before joining the staff of the New York State Supreme Court in 1998, Ms. Masley was Special Counsel at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Ms. Masley is a Small Claims Court Arbitrator and chairs the Committee on State Courts of Superior Jurisdiction at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
