Rachel Kleinman is a 2005 graduate of Fordham Law School where she was a Stein Scholar. Since 2006 she has been an associate at Beldock Levine & Hoffman LLP where she litigates civil rights cases with a focus on police misconduct and employment discrimination. She is a member of the Criminal Justice Operations committee of the New York City Bar. Prior to joining Beldock Levine & Hoffman LLP she was a law clerk to the Hon. Michael H. Dolinger, Southern District of New York.
