Michael D. Goldhaber serves as the Senior International Correspondent and "Global Lawyer" columnist for The American Lawyer magazine. He writes widely on international law, with special interests in arbitration and human rights. Mr. Goldhaber is the author of A People's History of the European Court of Human Rights,Rutgers University Press 2007, revised ed. 2009. He is a graduate of Harvard College ( summa cum laude, 1990), Yale Law School (1993), and Columbia Journalism School (1997).
