Experience
Professor Decker comes to Fordham Law after teaching at Cardozo Law School from 2010 to 2012. From 2008-10, Annie Decker served as an impact litigation fellow, and then an attorney, in the Santa Clara County Counsel’s Office in San Jose, California. While there, she co-taught courses in local government at Stanford Law School and Santa Clara University Law School and supervised work conducted by students in Harvard Law School’s local government clinic. From 2007-08, she clerked for Judge William Fletcher of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. While a student at Yale Law School, Professor Decker was a Coker Teaching Fellow for first-year Torts and served as Notes Editor for, and published two short pieces in, the Yale Law Journal. Professor Decker graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard College and has published nearly 20 scholarly, news, and feature-length articles.Education
