Kenneth Friedman is a partner in the Real Estate and Finance Departments of Haynes & Boone LLP. and a 1982 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. He has broad experience in all aspects of real estate law, having represented property owners in acquisitions, sales and development transactions; institutional lenders in securitized loans, construction loans, mezzanine financing transactions and joint venture investments; landlords and tenants in commercial leases; and secured creditors in debt restructurings and remedial actions, including bankruptcy proceedings.
