Experience
Ms. Horton is one of three inaugural fellows selected for the LL.M. Teaching Fellowship Program to teach a seminar of her own design. A former corporate litigator with substantial pro bono experience in issues involving criminal sentencing reform, national security, human rights, and anti-discrimination laws, Ms. Horton now devotes herself full-time to working on International Justice issues.Teaching
