Kathy Ho received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Master of Social Work from University of Southern California. She is currently a doctoral candidate at NYU's Silver School of Social Work. She is a Chinese bilingual social worker licensed in California and New York. Her professional experience includes working with diverse populations in outpatient mental health, mobile crisis, inpatient psychiatry and pediatric medical settings. Her research interests are in language access and cultural competency. Kathy currently supervises students from the Graduate School of Social Service who participate in the Family Advocacy and Criminal Defense Clinics as part of an interdisciplinary field placement.
