ABC's Good Morning America quoted Fordham Law's Paul Radvany in its January 19, 2010, coverage of the David Letterman extortion case.
Radvany, Clinical Associate Professor, explained, "In my experience, it's extremely rare for a judge to dismiss a criminal case before it goes to trial because at this stage all the facts aren't known, we haven't had a full trial, the witnesses haven't testified."
