NEW YORK STATE BAR ASSOCIATION Subcommittee On ADR (2005-Present) This subcommittee of the Civil Practice Committee works on reforms to New York State statutes and rules regarding alternative dispute resolution.
Committee On Electronic Discovery (2005-Present) This committee of the commercial litigation section works on rules and best practices in the area of electronic discovery.
Corporate Counsel Litigation Committee (2006-Present) This committee addresses issues of interest to in-house corporate counsel.
