| On Friday, Feb. 27, Professor Block-Lieb acted as a commenter at a symposium jointly sponsored by Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law and the Dennis J. Block Center for the Study of International Business Law. She commented on a paper given by Adam Levitin of Georgetown Law School. His paper is entitled 'The Trouble With the Bankruptcy Claims Trading Debate.' |
