Paul Oetken is Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Cablevision Systems Corporation, where he oversees the company’s litigation and employment law matters. Prior to joining Cablevision, he practiced law at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York and Jenner & Block in Washington, D.C. He previously served as Associate Counsel to the President in the Clinton Administration and as an attorney-advisor in the United States Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel. He served as a law clerk to Justice Harry A. Blackmun on the United States Supreme Court, Judge Richard D. Cudahy on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and Judge Louis F.
