Experience

Associate Professor Andrew Kent teaches National Security Law and Constitutional Law. In addition to those fields, his research interests include U.S. foreign relations law; public international law, including the laws of war; U.S. legal and diplomatic history; and compliance by businesses with regulations related to national security and crime control.

Before joining Fordham’s faculty, Associate Professor Kent was:

Climenko Fellow and Lecturer, Harvard Law School

Associate at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr (2004-05) and Sullivan & Cromwell (2001-04)
