Fordham "Representation-in-Mediation" Team Wins National Championship
April 15, 2002Fordham’s Mediation Team took top honors at the ABA’s national "Representation-in-Mediation" Competition in Seattle, Washington. Fordham Law students Jennifer Bougher ‘03 and David White ‘02 led the team to victory. Sponsored by the Dispute Resolution Section, the annual competition seeks to promote excellence in the field of ADR. Students act in alternate roles of attorney and client in mediation settings, and performances are evaluated by three-person panels of law faculty and ADR practitioners.
