Fordham Advanced in Robert R. Merhige National Environmental Negotiation CompetitionApril 06, 2004
Raphael Gil ('05) and Anthony Minko ('05) dvanced to the Semi-final Round of the 2004 Robert R. Merhige National Environmental Negotiation Competition. Hosted by the University of Richmond School of Law, the contest featured more than 30 teams from law schools throughout the nation. Founded in 1988, the competition represents the collaborative synergy of the University of Richmond's Robert R. Merhige Environmental Law Center and the University of Richmond Client Counseling and Negotiation Board. The event challenges student competitors to resolve various environmental law-based disputes. Jane Chuang ('05) and John "Jed" Freedlander ('05) also represented Fordham at this year's competition. Beth Hurley ('04) served as coach of the Fordham teams.
