As New York is the center of the corporate and financial world, the Corporate Law Center is the hub of business law at Fordham.

The Center provides students with the opportunity to learn the fundamental principles of business law from leading scholars and prominent practitioners. Our business law faculty includes professionals who have been involved in high-level business transactions. Our adjunct professors work in prominent positions for large companies throughout the city and are as dedicated to teaching as they are passionate in their business career.

Students apply their business law knowledge in a variety of professional settings, including private practice, corporations, and regulatory agencies. Our students participate in externships with the New York Stock Exchange, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Federal Trade Commission.  We are pleased to have alumni serve as Mentors for students interested in careers in corporate and financial law.

The Law School also offers a dual degree program with Fordham's Graduate School of Business. Under this program, students can earn both their J.D. and M.B.A. degrees in less time than if they were pursued separately.
