MEDIATION 4 credits (3 seminar, 1 fieldwork) Seminar meets on Tuesdays from 2:00 to 4:50 p.m. Students must be available for fieldwork either Thursday mornings or Thursday evenings Prof Beth Schwartz Fieldwork takes place in Small Claims Courts in the Bronx, Manhattan and Queens. Students can choose among the three Courts; decisions may be made by lottery. QUEENS DA PROSECUTION 5 credits (2 seminar, 3 casework) Seminar meets on Mondays from 4:00-5:50 p.m. Students must be available on Wednesdays Prof. Duddy and Prof. Naiburg Fieldwork takes place in Queens Criminal Court on Wednesdays. Only 3Ls accepted due to New York Court-Approved Practice Order.
