Kait is an Associate Director in the Career Planning Center (CPC) and provides counseling to all J.D. students and J.D. alumni on their career development and job search. In addition, she oversees and manages the CPC’s judicial clerkship program in concert with the Faculty Clerkship Committee. Kait is involved with the development and implementation of the CPC’s Career Development Programming and with our career related guides and materials.
Kait is a graduate of Kenyon College (B.A., Psychology; Law & Society) and received her master’s degree at Lehman College (M.S.Ed., Counselor Education/School Counseling). Prior to joining the CPC, she was an Assistant Manager of Legal Recruiting at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where she oversaw the summer associate orientation and the Firm’s campus recruiting efforts at many different law schools – including Fordham. She also collaborated extensively with law school student organizations to create substantive and social programming to benefit their professional development.
She is member of NALP: The Association for Legal Career Professionals.
