• Students who will complete the first-year day program in May 2013 and who will be enrolled as second-year day students in the Fall 2013 semester;
• Students who will complete the first-year evening program in May 2013 and who will be enrolled as either second-year evening students or second-year day students in the Fall 2013 semester;
• Students who will complete the second-year day program in May 2013 and who will be enrolled as third-year day students in the Fall 2013 semester;
• Students who will complete the second-year evening program in May 2013 and who will be enrolled as third-year evening students in the Fall 2013 semester;
• Students who will complete the third-year evening program in May 2013 and who will be enrolled as fourth-year evening students in the Fall 2013 semester.

Note:

• Students who will be entering the first-year day program or the first-year evening program in Fall 2013 are not eligible to participate in the 2013 Fall OCI Program.
• Students who will graduate from the law school in May 2013 or September 2013 are not eligible to participate in the 2013 Fall OCI Program.
• Alumni are not eligible to participate in the 2013 Fall OCI Program.
• Students who transfer into Fordham Law School from another law school in the Summer of 2013 are not eligible to participate in the EIW and Resume Advance parts of Fall OCI but are eligible to participate in the Fall Weeks 1-8 and Resume Collect parts of Fall OCI.

Note for J.D. students who will be studying away from Fordham Law School (including FLS-sponsored "Study Abroad" programs):

Students who are studying away from Fordham Law School are ineligible to bid or otherwise participate in Fall Weeks 1-8 and/or Spring OCI, including but not limited to:

• Fordham Law students who will spend the Fall or Spring semester, or the entire academic year, as Visiting Students at other law schools are ineligible to participate Fall Weeks 1-8 and/or Spring OCI during the semester(s) they are visiting at another law school; and
• Fordham Law students who will studying abroad as part of FLS-sponsored Semester Abroad or Academic-Year Abroad Programs are ineligible to participate in Fall Weeks 1-8 and/or Spring OCI during the semester(s) they are studying abroad.

However, those students can access the Continuously Updated Excel Spreadsheet of Participating Employers and therefore will be able to apply directly to employers listed therein.
