Michael Hom is an Associate Director in the Career Planning Center and provides counseling to all J.D. students on their job search strategies and career development.  Michael also acts as the CPC’s primary point of contact for evening division students.

Michael received his J.D. from University of Notre Dame Law School and his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo.  Upon graduation from law school, Michael served as an officer and lawyer in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps.  Michael served as a criminal defense counsel, staff judge advocate, and Special Assistant United States Attorney in Virginia. 

Immediately prior to joining the CPC, Michael was the Alumni Counselor at University of Notre Dame Law School.  In that role, he counseled students and alumni on all aspects of their job search and career development.
